Emma Marjorie Sutton

As a design professional with a robust background in project management, multi-family housing design, and operations optimization, I have witnessed the transformative power of effective systems and data management across a wide array of industries. My journey began in architecture, focusing on cohousing and affordable multi-family housing development. This experience not only honed my design skills but ignited a passion for leveraging data management and design best practices to bring the dreams of others to fruition.

Transitioning into consulting, I have managed day-to-day operations and designed tailored solutions for a diverse client base, ranging from solo entrepreneurs and emerging organizations to established non-profits. My projects have included everything from managing multi-family housing initiatives to the development of custom interfaces, databases, and standardized workflows for nonprofit organizations. A highlight of my career has been managing the development of a 9-unit cohousing project in Seattle and designing the project management employed in this project to keep track of everything and keep stakeholders fully informed, every step of the way.
